Non-returnable and non-exchangable items

·        Clearance/Sale Items: Please note that items purchased from our Clearance Sale/promotional section are not eligible for return, exchange, or refunds.

 

·        Color variations: Please be aware that color variations are inevitable due to factors such as screen types, lighting, and phone resolutions. The images are taken from a professional camera with varied lighting conditions , and we strive to deliver products that match the shown colors. Therefore, items cannot be returned/exchanged solely on the basis of color differences.

 

·        Products that have had their tags removed(or if the tags have been taken off from the product).

 

·        Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.

·        Customised products are not returnable and not exchangable.

Returns and exchange policy Guidelines

 

·        Return/Exchange initiation- A return/exchange request must be raised within 72 hrs of delivery

·        Shipping Costs: Please be aware that all return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to return the product to our business address [H1] 

·        Stock Availability: If the size you require at the exchange stage is not available, we will issue a credit note for the amount of your purchase, excluding shipping costs. This credit note will be valid for 2 months from the date of issue and can be used toward any product in our store.

·        Product once exchanged, cannot be returned or exchanged again.

·        If products are exchanged for a different product of a higher price, the differential amount will be charged while processing the exchange.

·        Credit notes: Please note that all exchanges and returns shall be processed as credit notes at the value of your purchases; we do not offer cash or monetary refunds. The credit note will be issued only after the returned product has been received and successfully passes our quality check.
